- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Stay far away from this guy. At best, he is condescending, pretentious, self-centered and unpleasant. A small example: 45 minute wait time in a non-emergency setting (double booking patients?). Not even an attempt at some kind of an apology from Braat; instead, when asked who ran his practice, Braat's raised voice response was: "you're a smart man, figure it out yourself" -- a very poor imitation of TV's Dr. House. I left. Don't waste your time with Braat. Find someone who is a real professional in all respects, doesn't dismissively yell at patients and at least understands that doctors are there to serve patients, not the other way around. There are plenty of good ENT specialists out there who truly care about their patients.June 02, 2017by James Weidner
